About Us...

Company founder Warwick Lightbourne is an Injury Consultant specialising in Sports Injury and Arthritis.  He established the successful Cornwall Injury Clinic in 1982. Over the years the clinic has been involved with numerous New Zealand and International teams and athletes. Warwick was invited as a member of the Kenyan Olympic team to Barcelona as a trainer and Injury Consultant. He has also worked at Sports Institutes in Sweden and Italy, written numerous articles and lectured on Sports Injury Prevention and treatment. Also a successful athlete and coach was a winner of the Sydney marathon, coach of Erin Christie winner of the Australian Ironman, Grant Schofield 2^nd NZ Ironman and Dale Warrender NZ Marathon Champion.  

Clinical Technology was formed in 1999 as an extension of the Cornwall Injury Clinic. A leading New Zealand Physiotherapy Clinic with International and Olympic experience. CT’s core business is developing innovative Health and Sports Medicine Products from patients seeking treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. CT products are developed and tested in a Clinical environment by clients with many variable conditions from Arthritis, and Degenerative to Post Operative or Elite Sports Medicine. This has lead to a certain respect by consumers for the products also recognition within the Health sector and export markets from an initial total of 9 products. Clinical Technology has developed the products into 5 different ranges total 42 products.

Leading company products Percutane®, Thermastrap®, Elastastrap® have achieved distribution in the world famous Harrods Store, U.K.’s largest retailer Tesco, Europe’s largest Health food group Holland & Barrett and an export market of 10 different countries.
