1. Best results are obtained by wearing
against the skin, but don't use over broken skin or open
wound.
2. For treatment during the day, adjust the velcro strap
with light to medium tension to allow for comfortable movement.
(After fitting to the knee or ankle, you can trim off any
excess strap.)
3. For prevention or during sports activity, adjust the
velcro strap tighter to assist control of the injury area
and prevent movement of the protector. To further secure
in place during
a vigorous game or strenuous body activity you may tape
over top and
bottom.
4. Discontinue use if any irritation.
Hand wash in warm soapy water. Brush or comb velcro if
necessary. Rinse in water, natural air dry. No bleaches
or detergents.
